Since its inception in 2012, Guangzhou Welbon Biological Technology Co., Ltd. has been committed to the forefront of technology, becoming a national high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, marketing, technical consulting, quality inspection, and analysis.

In terms of business, we focus on the development and promotion of cutting-edge technologies in the biological field, concentrating on the application research of biological fermentation, biological extraction, biological new materials, and others in baking foods, quick-frozen foods, pasta products, and other areas.

As a well-known supplier of product system solutions in China, Welbon Biological primarily specializes in the baking food and quick-frozen pastry sectors. We are dedicated to new product development, product upgrading, and shelf-life scheme design, covering various series such as bread, cakes, pastries, fillings, pastry premixes, sauces, and more, with over a hundred specifications. Our products in the quick-frozen pastry field mainly include frozen ice skin mooncake premix, snow skin pastry premix, frozen crystal pastry premix, frozen cake roll premix, and other specifications.

The company has a professional product development and technical support team, with over 30% of the total staff engaged in technical research-related work, and approximately 45% of the total staff holding a bachelor's degree or above. We strive to build a domestically leading and internationally advanced research and development enterprise.

As a Chinese saying goes, "To do a good job, one must first sharpen one's tools." To achieve accurate evaluation of experimental results, the company has successively purchased a series of high-precision experimental, testing, and analytical instruments and equipment, including Agilent® fully automatic sample injection high-performance liquid chromatography detection system, Brookfield® texture analyzer and workstation, Agilent® high-performance gas chromatography, Metrohm® water activity meter, memmert® precision climate chamber and incubator, Beckman® temperature-controlled centrifuge, and more.

Welbon Biological has always adhered to the purpose of independent innovation and pursuit of excellence, with a cumulative total of 89 intellectual property applications, including 56 trademarks, 33 patents, and 68 authorized ones, with over 30 core invention patents. At the same time, we have obtained 15 provincial, city, and district-level technology development and innovation project approvals; 18 products have been recognized as high-tech products; and we have participated in formulating 5 national and industry standards. These achievements fully demonstrate our strength and achievements in innovation.

In 2021, we invested in the establishment of Wojiang Biotechnology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. as a production base, with a 100,000-grade purification workshop covering an area of 10,000 square meters and highly intelligent automated production equipment. All key core raw materials come from international companies such as Novozymes, Purac, IFF, and Mitsubishi. Every batch of products must undergo rigorous testing to ensure that they meet the design specifications before leaving the warehouse for the sales process, guaranteeing the stability of product quality.
